The sponsor recap
Sponsors want proof they were seen. The Perch puts their logos in front of your field, then gives you a recap page to send them.
Add sponsors and logos
Logos show on your public sign-up page, the event page on the web and in the phone app, the live view, the leaderboard and TV mode, which rotates a sponsor slide in with the standings.
- On your event, open Money, then Sponsors.
- Type the sponsor name, paste a logo link or tap Upload logo, and add their website.
- Pick a tier, from Title and Presenting down to Contest, Tee box signage or Hole.
- Tap Add sponsor.
Sell sponsorship packages
Under Sponsorship packages, tap + Package. Add a name, what's included, a price, how many Spots, a Tier and any Playing spots, then tap Save package.
Your sign-up page then shows Become a sponsor until the event is over. A business pays by card or taps Request an invoice. Sales appear under Sponsor sales, where you can send an invoice and Mark paid. A paid sale gets a logo slot at the package's tier, and playing spots add a team named after the sponsor to your field.
Send the recap
The recap groups every sponsor by tier and shows how many golfers saw them: In front of once results are final, Expected reach before. If you printed signs with QR codes from the print designer, it shows how many times they were scanned. It opens only for a published event that isn't private.
On Pro, the club hub's Money tab lists Sponsor recaps for events in the last 60 days with paid sponsors. Email sponsors opens a thank-you note in your own mail app with the recap link and every paying sponsor in BCC.
- On the Sponsors page, tap Open sponsor recap.
- Copy the page's link.
- Send it to each sponsor from your own email.
Ask last year's sponsors to renew
Run it again copies your sponsorship packages to next year's event, but not last year's logos, so every sponsor needs a fresh yes.
On next year's Sponsors page, go to the Sponsor pipeline, tap Add businesses, then Past sponsors, and add the ones you want. Each card offers Ask to renew, a drafted note you send with Open in my email. Cards move to Committed or Paid on their own when the sponsor signs up.
Once next year's event is published with packages, last year's recap page shows Back for (event name)? with a button to sponsor it. On Pro, the club hub's Today tab also lists Ready to renew: tap Ask for (event name) to put a sponsor on that event's board with the note ready.
Adding sponsors and the sponsor pipeline need Plus or Pro; Sponsor recaps and Ready to renew in the club hub need Pro.
Your first event on The Perch is free.
