Your brand kit and event page

Every event gets a public page anyone can open without an account. Your brand sets how it, and your emails, look.

A quick brand for one event

Open the event's gear (Setup & settings). Under Co-brand, add a Brand name, a Logo and an optional Accent color, then tap Save. It shows on the registration page, event emails and shared result cards, unless the event belongs to an organization or club with its own brand.

Add a banner photo

On the same page, Banner image puts a photo across the top of your event page. Tap Upload banner and pick a wide shot; 3:1 works best (like 2400 x 800), under 8 MB.

Build your full brand kit

The preview shows a sample email, your club page and a share card. Send me a test works before you upgrade. Once saved, your emails, club page and event pages wear your logo, color and fonts.

  1. In the Director Hub (in the menu), under Your club, tap Your brand (also on the organization page and in group settings).
  2. Upload your Logo, plus an optional Logo for dark mode.
  3. Tap a color preset, or set a Main color and Second color.
  4. Pick a Starting point (Classic, Clubhouse, Tour or Weekend), then adjust Fonts, Buttons, Cards and the Email header.
  5. Fill in the Footer: sign-off, mailing address, website and social links.
  6. Tap Save brand.

A partner's look for one event

For a charity or corporate outing, tap Event brand under Co-brand. A custom brand there changes only that event; Use our club brand puts it back.

Your public event page

It goes live when you publish. On the web, People, then Event site, lists your pages: Donate, Sponsor and Auction join as you set them up, and Results once you finalize. You can also Arrange the page and show Who's playing.

Share it

Link: tap Copy link on the banner after you create the event, or Share event any time. Pasted into a text or post, it shows a card with your banner, logo, title, date, place and price.

Website: signed in as the host, open your public page and copy the code under Embed on your club site.

QR code: in Play, then Print Sheets, the Print designer can put a QR code on signs and flyers that opens your event page, and Perch counts the scans.

Social: in Comms, Promote gives you a Facebook and Instagram ad and ready posts with a picture and caption.

Co-brand, the banner, the event page and sharing by link or embed are free; saving a brand kit or event brand and the Print designer need Plus; Promote needs Pro.

Your first event on The Perch is free.
