Run it again

The new draft lands 52 weeks later, on the same weekday, and a year in the title moves on, so Spring Classic 2026 becomes Spring Classic 2027.

League nights don't show Run it again. A league repeats from its Next season page with Start next season.

1. Open last year's event once it is Completed.
2. On the event page, find Run it again next year and tap Run it again. It works on the web and in the phone app.
3. The Perch makes a new draft and opens its setup. Check the date, set the tee time and the registration close time, and change anything that's new.
4. When it looks right, tap the Status pill in the Event Details strip and choose Published, then Registration open.

What carries over

Run it again copies the course, format and scoring, flights and rounds, field size, entry fee, payment and refund settings, payout structure, registration questions, price categories, add-ons, sponsorship packages, skills contests, the waiver and policies, visibility, your banner and your branding.

It does not copy the roster, scores or results, last year's sponsor logos, non-cash awards or co-hosts. Whoever taps Run it again hosts the new event.

Bring last year's players back

Publish the new event first, so an invite opens a page people can sign up on. Then open People, then Roster.

Under Invites, the Invite last year's field card shows how many players came last time. Tap Invite them: Perch members get an in-app and email invite, and guests who left an email get an email. Tapping it again skips anyone already invited. To add more people, search your friends or paste email addresses and tap Send invites.

On Pro, the club hub's Today tab shows Fill your events: each event in the next 45 days that is under 85% full, with how many past players haven't registered yet. Tap Invite (number) to invite exactly those people.

Bring last year's sponsors back

Your sponsorship packages come across with Run it again. On next year's Sponsors page, the Sponsor pipeline's Add businesses button offers Past sponsors from your earlier events, each with an Ask to renew note you send from your own email.

Once next year's event is published with packages, last year's sponsor recap page asks each sponsor back with a button to sponsor the new event. The sponsor recap guide has the full steps.

Other ways to reuse an event

Tap the gear on the event page and open Setup & settings. Under Reuse this event you can Make recurring (a series, for example weekly), Clone event (a new draft with the same setup and no roster) or Save as template to start future events from.
