No subscription needed. Paid registrations carry a fee of $3.99 per player or 5% of the entry — whichever is lower. You choose who covers it: pass it to registrants at checkout, or absorb it yourself. Free events are free, always. Perch Golf Pro subscribers pay no registration fees on their tournaments and events — league nights carry the standard fee. Fair use: waived registrations up to 2,000 per year.
