How trip planning works

We plan and coordinate golf trips for groups who want it done right - without chasing tee times, debating lodging, or managing group logistics.

Here’s what the process looks like from start to finish.

1. Start with a trip estimate

We begin with a realistic per-person estimate based on your destination, group size, and timing. This helps align expectations before any planning begins.
Estimates are typically sent within 1–2 business days.

2. Move into full trip planning

If the estimate range works, we move into full trip planning. Our planning fee is $999 per trip and covers end-to-end coordination.

3. Coordination and booking

We don’t just suggest options - we coordinate the plan so everything actually gets booked correctly.

• Specific courses and tee time windows
• Specific lodging options with availability
• Clear booking order and deadlines

You pay vendors directly. We manage the process and confirm everything is aligned.

4. Final itinerary and support

Once bookings are complete, you receive a finalized itinerary with confirmed tee times, lodging, and timing - plus backup options if availability shifts.
